Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all promotional gifts and samples are included to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
